Mirkwood(also known as Riverwood)

This is not a guild persay but more of a place where you come in and make profit!. so if you have no money or your just sick of wars and fighting this is the place for you! also if you wish to become an official member of Mirkwood please apply here.(official members are able to obtain ranks withing the village which will be listed below)

Captain of the Guard: the one who commands the villages defenders. he rallys the village guards if there is a raid or and assalt by a hostile faction(teamspeak is required for this rank)

Overseer: the one who oversees the serfs and tells them what to craft and build(important for faction orders)

Sargeant- this is appointed the the more skilled guards in Mirkwood whos skill at blocking/archers/lancing are high above expectations.

Question does overseer have to be a serf/craftsmen as well or can they be a guard and still be an overseer?
