Should the House Of Malta Accept Anyone but Noble members to Join?(Serfs,Doctors) Footman,Archers are hired under Nobles So they Can join

The House Of Malta
The House Of Malta is comprised of Knights! The Knightly order of the House Of Malta Consists of warriors across the lands of Praven! There are simple terms and conditions to Join the House Of Malta!
Rules of The House:
-When you Join you have to Be a Sergeant/Man At Arms (You have to be a Knight!)
-Equipped richly(Joining requires you to be Armored and armed already!)
-You need to have Noble names such as (Lord_ Clair) Always put (Lord_Name)
-You can join as a Footman or Archer but you will be subjected to the Nobles. (Ask them if they need help, You will be Payed from them however much they or yourself offers.)
-If you don't have a good RP (I mean You have to be Elegant, I know, I know but its how knights were.)
-Requires good Fighting Skills and to be Funded correctly.
-Feel free to higher serfs! You are a Noble of course.
Knightly Duty's:
-Bandit hunting!(No guarding grounds,We move everywhere) Also You can not just see an *Outlaw* and go and kill him you can see any one that you feel isnt doing right and you will have to RP into a fight are Scenario.
-Become a Nobleman in a war Fight for any side for Glory,Honor and of Course Money!
-Feel free to Express how you feel openly.. (You might be attacked!) But! you are heavily armed and Armored, Arrogance gets people killed..
-Us Knights are high and mighty! Why do we need to guard peasants?(Feel free to Guard your Serfs or even hire footman.)
-We are not *Mercs* People may ask one Noble to join there Side and fight in a war but should come back to the House after the War.(Normally you can Ask to help)
-You can group together but normally Nobles move around with there Small forces of Footman and Archers.
-When I said Hire Footman Archers. (A private Army Basically)
-The Knights may STOP imperial Conquest (Ally with the Faction under attack)
Become one of the powerhouses on this server and have fun while your at it!
The Reason we have this House is because this gives you players something to Strive for!

Obviously a means to spend gold rather then make it. A good clan none the less.
